Empowering Kayaye Girls in Ghana: Our Commitment to Social Change
At Atlas Seven Ent, we are not just a company focused on delivering top-quality electrical supplies; we are also deeply committed to making a positive impact in the communities we serve. One of the key pillars of our corporate social responsibility is empowering marginalized groups, and one such group close to our hearts is the Kayaye girls in Ghana. In many parts of Ghana, young girls, often referred to as Kayaye, find themselves in precarious situations. These girls, usually from impoverished backgrounds, resort to carrying market items on their heads to eke out a living. Their daily struggles are compounded by the harsh realities of life on the streets, where they are vulnerable to exploitation, abuse, and discrimination.

Our Initiatives
Education and Skills Development: We believe that education is the most powerful tool for empowerment. Through partnerships with local NGOs and educational institutions, we sponsor the education of Kayaye girls, ensuring they have access to quality schooling and vocational training programs. By equipping them with essential skills, we empower them to break free from the cycle of poverty and build sustainable livelihoods. Healthcare and Well-being: The health and well-being of Kayaye girls are paramount to us. We provide access to essential healthcare services, including reproductive health education and maternal care, to ensure their physical and mental well-being. Additionally, we work towards raising awareness about issues such as early childbearing and gender-based violence, advocating for the rights and dignity of these vulnerable girls.
